While our shipping time frames are fairly accurate, the shipping times are estimates and are subject to unforeseen delays.

How does delivery work?

You’ve placed an order, the sun is shining and an angelic choir is singing in the background knowing your baby essentials are on their way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your order from the clouds and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

You can expect your parcel within 8-20 business days, this all depends on your region. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent your package is subject to custom fees when they arrive in your country.
